We only use Laminex 16mm HMR (high moisture resistant) particle board with matching 1mm ABS edge to all fronts, our cabinet backs are also solid 16mm, this board is sourced from the Laminex Plant in the South West, Dardanup, W.A

All our cabinets are machined using the mortise and tenon (tongue and groove) method, which takes approximately 30% longer to machine. However, this process results in cabinets that require fewer fixings, are easier to assemble, and offer superior durability. Unlike most other flat-pack companies that use butt joints, cams, or dowels, we’ve developed our own software to machine our cabinets, allowing us to be the only company offering a solid 9.50+mm thick mortise and tenon groove.
